Claudia Mannion

Claudia was born and grew up in Montreal and received her early art training there.  Later she moved to the Maritimes and worked in the graphic design field while pursuing an interest in painting.  In 2000 Claudia returned to school to study painting at Mount Allison University, Sackville, New Brunswick and while a third year painting student was awarded the John Asimakos Prize in Painting.  Claudia's paintings are held in the collections of the Canada Council Art Bank, Nova Scotia Art Bank, Province of Prince Edward Island, the Senvest Collection and with many avid private collectors in Canada and the US.  Currently Claudia lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
